Mission

MCC's mission is to become a leader by example in both social innovation, governance and social entrepreneurship. Within our scope of influence, we strive to enable enterprises with the necessary financial means to grow their business revenues, improve shareholder value, and meet important social and environmental responsibility objectives.

With an increasingly difficult market for companies to obtain even traditional sources of funding like venture capital, funds and bank loans, MCC opens new gateways to global capital markets. We structure and issue tailor-made bonds to continuously fund these enterprises with well-timed disbursements of affordable capital.

Funding is often insufficient to make a real breakthrough. MCC provides critical support from industry experts, support with legal, commercial and technical resources and lobby-services from top-executives with access to multinationals in global markets to ensure rapid acceleration of profitable growth, market share and shareholder value.
Contributions to Society
MCC has incorporated in its Articles of Association the commitment to utilize up to eighty (80) percent of its net remaining proceeds to social and environmental responsibility programs. Instead of occasional donations to charities, disaster relief or sponsorships to local communities, MCC actively undertakes initiatives to create useful employment, enable disadvantaged communities to improve their quality of life, combat critical illness and health issues, and to preserve the ecosystem and deploy renewable resources for clean and affordable energy, amongst other initiatives.
Environmental Responsibility
Our environmental protection policy is aimed at preserving our eco-system and natural living environment. We invest only in sustainable technologies based on the foundations and laws of Mother Nature, that use renewable and durable materials and renewable energy when produced, and that recycle water/waste and minimize pollutants in air, water and land surface and underground. We are committed to continuously improving industrial environmental performance, which helps to combat the emissions of greenhouse gases that result in climate change.
Investor Responsibility
In order to fund start-ups and SMEs, we utilize capital which we raise from global capital markets. Being based in Luxembourg, one of Europe's largest financial centres with the highest standards of governance and compliance, MCC has access to a wide variety of investors, including investment pension funds, family offices and high-net-worth individuals. It is evident that we protect the investor's invested capital and strive to deliver the growth of their capital investments and full protection of valuable assets. We therefore offer investors mostly capital protected fixed income bonds, or derivatives with other risk/return profiles if so desired. The capital and assets remain under the exclusive conrol of an independent securities trustee, mostly a reputable bank or licensed investment manager.,
United Nations
MCC supports and enacts, within its sphere of influence, the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labor Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the United Nations Convention Against Corruption. Lux Capital provides full transparency to the public on its undertakings and reports annually to the United Nations.
