After a thorough intake assessment of each business opportunity, our investment banking team will position the the company or project for success. While most companies believe that their success exclusively requires the injection of new capital, MCC also provides essential experience and expertise as well as access to global markets to ensure accelerated  yet sustainable business growth. In the meantime, we also prepare effective exit strategies to ensure  that shareholders will obtain the maximum value for their company. Environmental Impact
We have several project in North and South American territory. One such company is a high-tech company specializing in industrial cleaning to expand their footprint at various petrochemical multi-nationals across the globe. Although the company had for many years offered a superior technology with massive cost savings and a positive environmental impact, the company failed to make a real breakthrough into the market. MCC worked closely with the Board of Directors to develop a focused strategy, arranged for top-level access to multiple global market leaders, and developed strategic partnerships with multi-billion dollar engineering firms. At present we are in the final stages of preparing a bond issue to raise substantial capital to fund the company's global roll-out.

Another project concerns the utilization of a true renewable water resource in South America. The facility catches over a billion gallons of potable water generated by the Amzon rainforest from a dowmstream river disbursing its content into the Atlantic Ocean. The water is captured into reservoirs, purified and distributed to the local municipal drinkwater facility, to varuous bottling factories and loaded into mega tankers for distribution to nearby countries with structural water deficits.

In the agricultuaral sector we have several plantation cultivating a high-protein content crop.When harvested the crop provides high-quality protein used by the industry as basis for plant-based food, drinks, cosmetics, medicin while the residues are used to produce green coal with 82% less CO2 content.exhaust. The crop also contains critical minerals used in the production of biodegradable plastics. Other waste is used to produce packaging materials, furniture and other commodities.
 
Renewable Energy
We provided industrial engineering expertise and global market feasibility testing for a North American alternative energy firm. Based on its unique hydrogen generation technology MCC structured 6 product lines for global markets including two unique applications for the automotive sector. MCC arranged reseacrh and development partnerships with several multinational engineering firms allowing for zero cost, fast track development and commercialization, In addition MCC paved the path for investments and subsidies for other product lines still in early research stage. Currently several pilot projects are being prepared in two provinces in China.

MCC has acquired the rights to establish several mega energy platforms Texas USA and Europe. Although the platform comprise initially only solar energy in due time complementary technologies like wind, hydrogen will complement the energy parks energy portfolio. 

In USA MCC has acquired the permits to establish algae farms in the ocean. The algaes have many purposes including power generation but also can serve as a basis for food, medicia, cosmetics and fertilizer.         
Media and Entertainment
MCC created a special purpose investment structure in cooperation with eight global media and entertainment companies, including some of world leading TV channels, news agencies, film production firms, entertainment,  and internet corporations. This incubator accesses global capital markets and invests in a large portfolio of high-tech media solutions for content production and distribution, as well as intellegent applications. MCC is managing the investment structure, providing the incubator with a continuous and substantial flow of capital for the purpose of developing a new world standard for the media technologies of the future. MCC is also one of the major shareholders in the incubator.

MCC is co-investor in a Dutch media firm that acquires music rights from artistist around the world as well as shareholder in several sports and entertainment funds including a portfolio of European soccer clubs and a newly established Premier League.

MCC has committed to create a fully electronic archive of the entire Greek orthodox library consisting of million sof books, documents and other artifacts. The new electronic library will preserve the contet and provide access to 100"s of Universities and millions of scientists and provide know-how that has never been exposed to society before. The new content will, generate new ideas an content to the media industry for films, documentaries.  that will create  
Life Sciences
MCC invests in the development of a large networks of hospital, clinics and health services in India and other countries in the region. We furthermore are involved in development of robotical surgery solutions as well as tele-health care. We do not engage in research and development of traditional pharamaceuticals, biotechnology and genetics and psychadelics. Our focus is on pro-active healthcare wih holistic approach to nutrition, life-style, prevention.   
  
Social Housing
For several property developers,MCC has developed investment bonds to fund the development of affordable (assisted) senior-living, student housing and high-quality social housing projects for disadvantaged households, immigrants and refugees in western, Central and Eastern Europe. MCC has also initiated projects to restore ihousing in disaster areas and is currently developing hurricane and flood resistant housing for underdeveloped countries. n disadvantaged areas with a low environmental and carbon footprint.
